Explore Our Testing Options

We partner with trusted laboratory providers to offer targeted testing options for hormone health, gut health, metabolic and nutritional health, environmental exposures, biomarker monitoring, and multi-cancer early detection. Your provider will help determine which options may be appropriate based on your symptoms, medical history, medications, risk factors, and goals.

Explore our testing options below. If one of these options interests you, reach out to schedule a consultation—your Sage and Stone Wellness provider can review your health history, symptoms, and goals to determine whether testing may be appropriate for you.

Hormone, Thyroid & Stress Testing

A deeper look at sex-hormone patterns, thyroid markers, hormone metabolism, and cortisol rhythms.

May support conversations about: energy, sleep, mood, cycle changes, menopause, libido, stress, and hormone-treatment monitoring.

Metabolic & Nutritional Testing

Targeted testing that may provide information about metabolic pathways, nutrient status, amino-acid metabolism, cellular energy processes, and selected vitamin-related markers.

May support conversations about: fatigue, nutrition optimization, recovery, dietary concerns, and complex symptoms that warrant a broader clinical review.

Environmental Exposure Testing

Targeted testing that may evaluate selected environmental exposures, including mold-related mycotoxins or heavy metals, when a patient’s exposure history and clinical evaluation indicate that testing may be useful.

May support conversations about: known or suspected exposure concerns, persistent symptoms with a relevant exposure history, and individualized exposure-reduction planning.

Gut Health & Food Sensitivity Testing

Specialty testing that may assess gut microorganisms, digestive and immune-related markers, inflammation-related markers, and food-antibody patterns as part of a broader clinical evaluation.

May support conversations about: bloating, bowel-pattern changes, recurrent digestive concerns, food-related symptoms, and individualized gut-health support.

Important: Food-antibody testing does not diagnose a food allergy or intolerance and does not replace formal allergy evaluation.

Cardiovascular & Metabolic Risk Testing

Advanced blood biomarkers that may help assess heart-health and metabolic risk factors beyond a basic cholesterol panel.

May include: cholesterol-related measures, apolipoprotein B, glucose and insulin-related markers, inflammation markers, and other clinically relevant cardiovascular biomarkers.

Multi-Cancer Early Detection Screening

A blood-based screening option that may look for a cancer-associated signal across multiple cancer types.

Important: This is a screening tool—not a cancer diagnosis. It does not replace recommended preventive screenings such as mammograms, colorectal cancer screening, cervical cancer screening, or lung cancer screening when eligible. A detected signal requires diagnostic follow-up, and a negative result does not rule out cancer.
