Acute care may include evaluation and treatment for:

• Sinus infections and sore throat

• Urinary tract infections

• Gastrointestinal symptoms

• Skin conditions such as rashes, eczema, acne or minor infections

• Allergies and asthma flare support

• Ear Aches

• Fever

• Urinary Tract Infections (UTI)

• Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI)

• Yeast Infections

• Various Skin Conditions (Eczema, Acne, rashes)

• Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye)

• Contraceptives (Oral Birth Control)

• Same Day Sick Note for Pediatrics and Adults

If your condition requires in-person evaluation, imaging, or emergency care, we will guide you to the appropriate next step.

• Same-day or next-day telehealth appointments when available

• Clear diagnosis and treatment plan

• Guidance on symptom monitoring and next steps

• Coordination with primary care when needed
