Services available through Telehealth

Initial Mental Health Evaluations

Your first visit focuses on understanding your symptoms, history, concerns, goals, and current needs. When appropriate, your provider may establish a diagnosis and recommend a personalized treatment plan.

Medication Management

For patients who may benefit from medication, our providers can evaluate symptoms, prescribe when appropriate, monitor effectiveness, adjust treatment plans, and provide ongoing follow-up care.

Ongoing Symptom Monitoring

Mental health treatment is not one-size-fits-all. Follow-up visits allow us to monitor progress, assess side effects, adjust medications if needed, and support your continued improvement.

Supportive, Evidence-Based Care

Virtual mental health visits may include supportive counseling, coping strategies, education, lifestyle recommendations, and evidence-informed approaches such as CBT-based techniques, DBT-informed skills, and interpersonal support.
