Refund Policy

We aim to provide the best service possible, but there are times when we fall short!

At Sage and Stone Wellness LLC, we recognize that unexpected situations can happen. To ensure fairness efficiency for all clients, we have implemented the following policies: 1. No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy If you miss a scheduled appointment without canceling at least 24 hours in advance, a $50 service fee will be applied to your account. Repeated no-shows may lead to the termination of services. . Refund Policy Standard industry for telehealth services apply: Completed sessions are non-refundable as healthcare services rendered during the session. Refunds may be granted in the following instances: - Billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges) - Appointments canceled by the provider or due to verified technical issues - Mistaken prepayment for services not rendered (if canceled with24+ hours' notice) 3.
